Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 3 1/2 cups bread flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast

Instructions
 

  • Add the canned pumpkin puree, eggs, vegetable oil, and water to the mixing bowl and mix until combined.
  • Sprinkle in the ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, and ground cloves, and mix well.
  • Stir in the white sugar and brown sugar until fully incorporated.
  • Pour the mixture into the bread machine pan.
  • Add the bread flour and salt to the bread machine pan, ensuring it covers the liquid mixture.
  • Make a small well in the flour and add the active dry yeast.
  • Set the bread machine to the basic or sweet bread setting.
  • Start the bread machine and let it knead and bake the pumpkin bread.
  • Once done, carefully remove the pan from the bread machine and let the bread cool for 10 minutes before slicing.

Notes

For best results, ensure all ingredients are at room temperature before starting. Check the dough during the kneading process to ensure the right consistency, adding a little more flour or water if necessary. This recipe can be easily adjusted to add nuts or chocolate chips for extra flavor.
