Ingredients
  

  • 200 grams flour
  • 150 ml milk
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 50 grams chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  • Add the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients.
  • Whisk the mixture until smooth and well combined.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips gently with a spatula.
  • Heat the frying pan over medium heat and lightly grease it.
  • Pour a small amount of batter onto the pan to form a round shape.
  • Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook the other side.
  • Repeat until all the batter is used.
  • Transfer the cooked pieces to a plate and let them rest for 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

Ensure the frying pan is well-heated before pouring the batter to achieve a nice golden color. You can also add a pinch of cinnamon for extra flavor. Allowing the batter to rest for a few minutes before cooking can help improve the texture of the snack.
