  • 1 Whisk
  • 1 measuring cup
  • 1 Spatula

Ingredients

  • 2 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  • Add the milk and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
  • Pour the melted butter into the baking dish.
  • Pour the batter over the melted butter without stirring.
  • Evenly distribute the raspberries over the batter.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the cobbler is golden brown.
  • Allow the cobbler to rest for 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

For best results, use fresh raspberries to maintain the cobbler's vibrant flavor and texture. You can substitute half of the raspberries with blackberries for a mixed berry cobbler. Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream for an extra indulgent treat.
