Ingredients
  

  • 200 grams Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 4 slices Bread
  • 4 leaves Lettuce
  • 1 Tomato sliced

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Heat the skillet over medium-high heat and add the shrimp mixture.
  • Cook the shrimp for 3-4 minutes on each side until they are pink and opaque.
  • Remove the shrimp from the skillet and let them rest for 5 minutes.
  • In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard.
  • Spread the mayo-mustard mixture on one side of each slice of bread.
  • Layer lettuce, tomato slices, and cooked shrimp on two slices of bread.
  • Top with the remaining bread slices to form sandwiches.
  • Cut the sandwiches in half and serve immediately.

Notes

Ensure the shrimp are evenly coated with the marinade for the best flavor. You can toast the bread slices for added texture and a warm touch. Adjust the seasoning to your taste, and feel free to add any additional toppings like avocado or cheese for extra flavor.
