Equipment

  • 1 Air fryer
  • 1 Mixing bowl
  • 1 Rolling Pin
  • 1 Baking sheet
  • 1 measuring cup set
  • 1 Spoon

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
  • 8 ounces crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, cook the ground beef until browned, then drain excess fat.
  • Add taco seasoning to the beef and stir to combine.
  • Roll out crescent roll dough and separate into triangles.
  • Place a spoonful of cooked beef on each triangle.
  • Top the beef with shredded cheddar cheese and a spoonful of salsa.
  • Fold the dough over the filling to form a ball and seal the edges.
  • Brush each ball with olive oil.
  • Place the balls in the air fryer basket without overcrowding.
  • Cook in the air fryer for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Let the taco bombs rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  • Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.

Notes

For best results, ensure the edges of the crescent dough are sealed properly to prevent the filling from leaking out during cooking. Adjust the air fryer temperature and cooking time as needed based on your particular model. If making a larger batch, cook in multiple batches to avoid overcrowding, as this will ensure even cooking and crispiness.
