  • 1 Whisk
  • 1 Tongs
  • 1 Small saucepan

Ingredients

  • 4 Pork chops boneless
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup Heavy cream
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Coat the pork chops with the mixture evenly.
  • Place the pork chops in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Air fry the pork chops for 9 minutes, then flip and cook for another 9 minutes.
  • While the pork chops are cooking, melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic to the saucepan and sauté until fragrant.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and whisk until smooth.
  • Simmer the garlic cream sauce until it thickens slightly.
  • Once the pork chops are done, let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  • Drizzle the garlic cream sauce over the pork chops and garnish with chopped parsley.

Notes

Ensure the pork chops are at room temperature before cooking to promote even cooking. If your air fryer basket is small, cook the pork chops in batches to avoid overcrowding. Adjust the garlic and seasoning levels to suit your taste preferences.
