Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup almond butter creamy
  • 1 cup sugar granulated
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped cherries maraschino

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x9 inch baking pan.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the almond butter and sugar until smooth.

  • Fold in the white chocolate chips and chopped cherries gently with a spatula.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly.

  • Remove the pan from the oven and allow the cake to cool on a cooling rack for at least 1 hour.
  • Once cooled, cut the cake into 12 squares and serve.
