Apple Peanut Butter Snack Bites

  • 1 Parchment paper

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup Peanut butter creamy
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1/2 cup Apple finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Mini chocolate chips
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon ground

Instructions
 

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, peanut butter, and honey.
  • Stir in the finely chopped apple, mini chocolate chips, and ground cinnamon.
  • Mix the ingredients together until well combined.
  • Using your hands, shape the mixture into 1-inch balls.
  • Place the formed snack bites onto the prepared baking sheet.
  • Refrigerate the snack bites for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  • Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Notes

For added flavor and texture, consider toasting the oats lightly before mixing them in. You can also try adding a pinch of salt to enhance the sweetness of the snack bites. If you prefer a nut-free version, sunflower seed butter can be used as a substitute for peanut butter.
