Ingredients
  

  • 4 cup rhubarb chopped
  • 3 cup apples peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a saucepan, combine rhubarb, apples, and granulated sugar, then cook over medium heat until the fruit is tender.
  • Transfer the cooked fruit mixture to a baking dish.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, rolled oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  • Add the melted butter to the dry ingredients and mix until crumbly.
  • Spread the crumble mixture evenly over the fruit in the baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes until the top is golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and allow to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
