  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes 10 oz, drained

Instructions
 

  • In a medium saucepan, combine applesauce and Rotel tomatoes over medium heat.
  • Stir the mixture occasionally and bring it to a simmer.
  • Add the shredded sharp cheddar cheese gradually, stirring until melted and smooth.
  • Stir in the sour cream, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Remove the saucepan from heat and transfer the dip to a serving dish.
  • Let the dip rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

For the best results, make sure to use a good quality sharp cheddar cheese to enhance the flavor depth of the dip.
