  • 1 Mixing bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 4 slices bread
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Toast the bread slices in the toaster until golden brown.
  • Heat the frying pan over medium heat and cook the bacon until crispy, then set aside.
  • In the same frying pan, melt the butter and fry the eggs to your preferred doneness.
  • While the eggs are cooking, scoop the avocado flesh into a mixing bowl and mash it with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread the mashed avocado evenly over each toasted bread slice.
  • Place a slice of crispy bacon on top of the avocado spread.
  • Top each toast with a fried egg.
  • Season with additional salt and pepper if desired and serve immediately.

Notes

For an added flavor twist, consider sprinkling red pepper flakes or adding a dash of hot sauce on top of the egg. If you prefer softer bacon, reduce the cooking time slightly. This dish is versatile and can be adjusted with additional toppings like tomatoes or arugula for extra freshness.
