Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe avocados diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/2 cup red onion thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper ground

Instructions
 

  • Place diced avocados, halved cherry tomatoes, and sliced red onion in a large mixing bowl.
  • Add crumbled feta cheese and chopped cilantro to the bowl.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, salt, and black pepper.
  • Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients in the mixing bowl.
  • Gently toss the salad to combine all ingredients evenly.
  • Serve immediately or chill briefly before serving.

Notes

For best results, use ripe avocados that are slightly firm to the touch to maintain texture in the salad. You can customize the salad by adding other ingredients such as cucumber, olives, or even grilled chicken for a more filling meal. Adjust the seasoning to your taste preference and consider serving with warm pita bread or as a side to your favorite main course.
