Ingredients
  

  • 2 large ripe avocados peeled and pitted
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt
  • optional toppings: whipped cream, berries, or nuts

Instructions
 

  • Place the avocados in a blender.
  • Add cocoa powder, honey or maple syrup, almond milk, vanilla extract, and salt to the blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as necessary.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more honey or syrup.
  • Transfer the pudding into a mixing bowl.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
  • Divide the pudding into serving dishes.
  • Add optional toppings as desired.
  • Serve chilled.

Notes

For the best results, use ripe avocados to ensure a smooth and creamy texture. Be sure to taste the mixture before chilling and adjust sweetness or cocoa to suit your preference. If the pudding is too thick, you can add a little more almond milk to reach the desired consistency.
