Ingredients
  

  • 500 grams chicken wings
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 tablespoons hot sauce
  • 100 milliliters milk
  • 100 grams cheddar cheese grated
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  • Add chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat evenly with the spice mixture.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
  • Add the chicken wings to the frying pan and cook until golden brown on all sides, about 15 minutes.
  • In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat and add hot sauce and milk.
  • Stir the mixture until well combined and then add grated cheddar cheese.
  • Continue to stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
  • Remove the chicken wings from the frying pan and brush them with the cheese sauce using the basting brush.
  • Let the chicken wings rest for 10 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.

Notes

For best results, ensure the chicken wings are evenly coated with the spice mixture before cooking to enhance flavor. Adjust the amount of hot sauce to control the spiciness of the dish. Serve immediately after resting with extra cheese sauce on the side for dipping.
