Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounce cream cheese softened
  • 1 ounce ranch seasoning mix 1 packet
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 6 strip bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup green onions chopped
  • 4 piece large flour tortillas

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and ranch seasoning mix until smooth.
  • Add the shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, and chopped green onions to the bowl and mix well.
  • Lay one flour tortilla on a flat surface and spread a quarter of the mixture evenly over it.
  • Roll the tortilla tightly into a log shape.
  • Wrap the rolled tortilla in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Repeat the spreading, rolling, and wrapping process with the remaining tortillas and filling.
  • Once rested, unwrap the tortillas and slice each roll into 1-inch pinwheels.
  • Arrange the pinwheels on a plate and serve.

Notes

For the best results, ensure the cream cheese is fully softened before mixing to avoid lumps. Feel free to experiment with different types of cheese or add additional vegetables like bell peppers for extra flavor. Make sure the bacon is crispy for an added crunch, and remember the pinwheels taste even better when allowed to rest and set in the refrigerator.
