Equipment

  • 1 Baking sheet
  • 1 large skillet
  • 1 Wooden spoon
  • 1 Rolling Pin
  • 1 Mixing bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 8 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tube refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Drain excess fat from the skillet and return the beef to the pan.
  • Add the Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the beef and stir well.
  • Stir in the crumbled bacon and shredded cheddar cheese until evenly mixed.
  • Roll out the biscuit dough on a lightly floured surface using a rolling pin.
  • Cut each biscuit into halves and flatten slightly.
  • Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each dough piece.
  • Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal.
  • Arrange the sealed dough balls on a baking sheet.
  • Brush the tops of the dough balls with melted butter.
  • Sprinkle sesame seeds over the buttered tops.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, until golden brown.
  • Let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

To prevent the bombs from opening while baking, ensure the edges are tightly sealed. You can use a toothpick to secure them if necessary but remember to remove it before serving. For an extra flavor boost, serve with your favorite dipping sauces like ketchup, mustard, or ranch dressing.
