  • 1 plastic wrap

Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounce cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 8 slice bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 4 tortilla wraps large
  • 1/4 cup green onions chopped

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, ranch dressing, and green onions until well mixed.
  • Add crumbled bacon to the mixture and stir until evenly distributed.
  • Lay a tortilla wrap on a flat surface and spread a quarter of the mixture evenly over the entire wrap.
  • Roll the tortilla tightly into a log shape.
  • Wrap the rolled tortilla in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up.
  • Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas and filling.
  • Once chilled, remove the plastic wrap and slice each tortilla roll into 1-inch thick pinwheels.
  • Arrange the pinwheels on a baking sheet for serving.

Notes

For added flavor, consider adding a pinch of garlic powder or chopped fresh herbs to the cheese mixture. If you prefer a spicier version, sprinkle in some crushed red pepper flakes or use a spicy ranch dressing. Ensure each roll is tightly wrapped in plastic wrap to prevent the pinwheels from unraveling when slicing.
