  • 1 Spoon

Ingredients

  • 1 Large round sourdough bread loaf
  • 8 ounces Brie cheese rind removed
  • 1 cup Cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup Chopped pecans
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh rosemary chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

  • Place the Brie cheese into the hollowed-out bread loaf.
  • Spoon the cranberry sauce over the Brie cheese evenly.
  • Sprinkle chopped pecans and rosemary over the cranberry sauce.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the top of the bread bowl.
  • Place the filled bread bowl on a baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

To prevent the bread bowl from becoming too soggy, consider baking the hollowed-out bread for a few minutes before filling it with Brie and cranberry sauce. This dish is perfect for holiday gatherings and can be customized by adding different herbs or nuts to suit your taste preferences.
