Ingredients
  

  • 4 pieces chicken breasts boneless and skinless
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread the cheese mixture evenly over each chicken breast.
  • Place the chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the chicken.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the top is golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Ensure the cream cheese is fully softened for easier mixing and an even spread over the chicken. To add a bit of color and extra flavor, consider adding chopped sun-dried tomatoes or roasted red peppers to the cheese mixture. Always use a meat thermometer to ensure chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) for safe consumption.
