Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 can artichoke hearts 14 ounces, drained and chopped
  • 5 ounces spinach fresh or thawed and drained
  • 1/4 cup green onions chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream until smooth.
  • Stir in the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Add the chopped artichoke hearts, spinach, and green onions to the mixture and combine thoroughly.
  • Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

For best results, ensure that the spinach is thoroughly drained to prevent excess moisture in the dip. You can also prepare this dish in advance and refrigerate it, then bake just before serving. Serve with toasted bread, crackers, or vegetable sticks for a delightful appetizer experience.
