Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds sweet potatoes peeled and cut into fries
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Place the cut sweet potatoes in the large mixing bowl.
  • Add olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder to the bowl.
  • Toss the sweet potatoes until they are evenly coated with the seasoning.
  • Spread the sweet potatoes in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Remove from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

For the best results, ensure the fries are spaced out evenly on the baking sheet to allow for proper air circulation and crispiness.
