Equipment

  • 1 Grill
  • 1 Large pot
  • 1 colander
  • 1 Large pan
  • 1 Mixing bowl
  • 1 Whisk
  • 1 Grater
  • 1 Pasta serving spoon

Ingredients

  • 4 fillets salmon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon BBQ seasoning
  • 300 grams pasta
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • Rub the salmon fillets with olive oil and BBQ seasoning.
  • Place the salmon on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side.
  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions.
  • Drain the pasta using a colander and set aside.
  • In a large pan, melt the butter over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
  • Whisk in the heavy cream, then add the grated parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper.
  • Stir the cooked pasta into the cream sauce and mix well.
  • Remove the salmon from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  • Flake the salmon into bite-sized pieces and gently combine with the pasta.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Ensure the grill is properly preheated to avoid the salmon sticking to the grates. Cook pasta al dente, as it will continue to cook slightly in the warm cream sauce. Use freshly grated parmesan for the best flavor, and adjust seasoning to taste.
