Ingredients
  

  • 200 grams biscuits crushed
  • 500 milliliters milk
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornflour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 50 grams chocolate grated

Instructions
 

  • Crush the biscuits and layer them evenly in the baking dish.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together cocoa powder, sugar, cornflour, and a little milk to form a smooth paste.
  • Heat the remaining milk in a saucepan over medium heat until it begins to simmer.
  • Gradually add the cocoa mixture to the simmering milk, stirring continuously.
  • Continue to cook the mixture until it thickens, then remove from heat.
  • Stir in the vanilla extract and mix well.
  • Pour the chocolate mixture over the layer of crushed biscuits in the baking dish.
  • Sprinkle grated chocolate on top.
  • Allow the pudding to rest in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

For best results, use high-quality chocolate for a richer flavor. Adjust the sugar according to your taste preference, and feel free to add nuts or dried fruits for added texture and flavor. Make sure the pudding is well chilled before serving for the best consistency.
