Equipment

  • 1 Baking dish 8x8 inch
  • 1 Mixing bowl
  • 1 Whisk
  • 1 measuring cup set
  • 1 Spoon

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Bisquick mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • 2 cups blueberries fresh or frozen
  • 2 tablespoons sugar for topping

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease the baking dish with a little butter or cooking spray.
  • In the mixing bowl, combine the Bisquick mix, milk, and sugar, then whisk until smooth.
  • Pour the melted butter into the prepared baking dish.
  • Pour the batter mixture over the butter without stirring.
  • Evenly distribute the blueberries over the batter.
  • Sprinkle the top with 2 tablespoons of sugar.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
  • Allow the cobbler to rest for 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

For best results, ensure that you do not stir the batter once it's in the baking dish; the layering helps create a delicious crust. If using frozen blueberries, there's no need to thaw them before adding to the batter. Serve the cobbler warm, possibly with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream for an extra treat.
