Equipment

  • 1 Baking sheet
  • 1 Parchment paper or non-stick spray
  • 1 measuring cup
  • 1 Measuring spoon
  • 1 Mixing spoon

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Bisquick mix
  • 1 pound Pork sausage uncooked
  • 2 cups Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or spray it with non-stick spray.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the Bisquick mix, sausage, cheddar cheese, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  • Mix the ingredients until well combined and form into 1-inch balls.
  • Place the sausage balls on the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between each ball.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Remove from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

For best results, use freshly shredded cheddar cheese as it melts more evenly compared to pre-shredded cheese. Additionally, if the mixture is too dry, you can add a little more milk to reach the desired consistency. These sausage balls can be prepared in advance and stored in the refrigerator, making them a convenient option for parties or gatherings.
