Equipment

  • 1 Crockpot
  • 1 Mixing bowl
  • 1 Spoon
  • 1 Measuring cups set
  • 1 Measuring spoons set

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds boneless pork ribs
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine barbecue sauce, chicken broth, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  • Place the boneless pork ribs in the crockpot.
  • Pour the sauce mixture over the ribs, ensuring they are well-coated.
  • Cover and cook on low heat for 6 hours, or until the ribs are tender.
  • Once done, carefully remove the ribs from the crockpot and let them rest for 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

For enhanced flavor, you can marinate the ribs in the sauce mixture the night before cooking. Adjust the seasoning of the sauce to fit your taste preference. If you prefer a thicker sauce, remove the ribs once cooked and let the sauce simmer in the crockpot on high for an additional 15-20 minutes. Serve with your favorite side dishes for a complete meal.
