  • 1 Spatula
  • 1 toaster
  • 1 Knife
  • 1 Cutting board

Ingredients
  

  • 2 slice bread
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 slice cheese
  • 2 slice bacon
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Heat the skillet over medium heat and cook the bacon until crispy, then set aside.
  • Crack the egg into the skillet and season with salt and pepper, cooking until the yolk is firm.
  • Toast the bread slices in the toaster until golden brown.
  • Spread mayonnaise on one side of each toasted bread slice.
  • Place a slice of cheese on one bread slice and layer the cooked bacon on top.
  • Add the fried egg on top of the bacon and cover with the second slice of bread.
  • Melt the butter in the skillet and grill the sandwich on both sides until the cheese is melted.
  • Let the sandwich rest for 2 minutes before cutting and serving.

Notes

For added flavor, consider adding a slice of tomato or a few spinach leaves to your sandwich. Adjust the amount of mayonnaise to taste, and experiment with different types of bread or cheese to find your preferred combination.
