Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Rolled oats
  • 1 Ripe banana
  • 1 Large egg
  • 1/2 cup Milk of choice
  • 2 tablespoons Cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 cup Chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a blender, combine the oats, banana, egg, milk, cocoa powder, maple syrup, baking powder, and salt.
  • Blend the mixture until smooth and well combined.
  • Pour the blended mixture into an oven-safe dish.
  • Stir in the chocolate chips with a spoon.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until set.
  • Allow the baked oats to rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

For best results, ensure the banana is ripe to add natural sweetness to the dish. You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less maple syrup according to your preference. For a richer chocolate flavor, consider adding a tablespoon of melted dark chocolate to the mixture before baking.
