Ingredients
  

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 15 ounces pumpkin puree
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, pumpkin puree, cinnamon, nutmeg, water, eggs, and vegetable oil.
  • Whisk the mixture until it is smooth and well combined.
  • Grease the loaf pan with non-stick spray or oil.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Remove the bread from the oven and let it rest in the pan for 10 minutes.
  • Transfer the bread onto a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.

Notes

For best results, ensure that all ingredients are at room temperature before mixing, as this helps in achieving a smooth batter. You can also add your favorite nuts or chocolate chips to the batter for additional texture and flavor. If you prefer a less sweet bread, consider using a spice cake mix instead of yellow cake mix.
