  • 1 1/2 cup Graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter melted
  • 3 package Cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

  • 1/4 cup Heavy cream

  • Add vanilla extract and eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  • Stir in the heavy cream and chai spice blend until fully combined.
  • Pour the cream cheese mixture over the prepared crust in the springform pan.
  • Place the pan into a larger baking dish and fill it with hot water halfway up the sides of the springform pan.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 50 minutes, or until the center is set.
  • Remove from the oven and allow it to cool to room temperature.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

For best results, ensure that all ingredients are at room temperature before starting to make the cheesecake. This helps in achieving a smooth and creamy texture without lumps. Additionally, when baking with a water bath, make sure the springform pan is tightly wrapped with aluminum foil to prevent water from seeping into the cheesecake.
