Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoon coffee grounds
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoon chai tea leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves

Instructions
 

  • Combine water, milk, chai tea leaves, and all spices in a small saucepan.
  • Bring the mixture to a gentle boil over medium heat.
  • Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Add coffee grounds and sugar to the saucepan and stir well.
  • Simmer for another 2 minutes for flavors to blend.
  • Turn off the heat and strain the mixture into cups using a strainer.
  • Serve hot and enjoy your chai coffee.

Notes

For extra flavor, you can adjust the spices to your taste preference or add a splash of vanilla extract. If you prefer it less sweet, reduce the amount of sugar. This chai coffee can be served over ice for a refreshing alternative.
