  • 1 Whisk

  • 1 Baking dish
  • 1 Spoon
  • 4 Serving glasses

Ingredients

  • 2 cup milk
  • 3 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1/4 cup brownie crumbs
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream

Instructions

  • Pour the milk into a medium saucepan and heat over medium heat until warm.
  • Add sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, ginger, and cardamom to the warm milk and whisk until combined.
  • Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the chia seeds.
  • Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes and stir again to prevent clumping.
  • Transfer the mixture to a mixing bowl, cover, and refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.
  • Once set, spoon the chia pudding into 4 serving glasses.
  • Top each serving with a sprinkle of brownie crumbs.
  • Add a dollop of whipped cream to each glass.
  • Serve immediately or keep chilled until ready to serve.

Notes

For the best results, make sure to stir the chia seed mixture thoroughly after the initial five-minute rest to ensure even distribution and prevent clumping. You can prepare the chia pudding the night before for a quick and easy dessert the next day. Consider using homemade brownies for the crumble to add a personal touch and enhance the flavor.
