Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 tablespoon Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter melted
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 pound Breakfast Sausage uncooked
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Parsley chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Add melted butter to the dry ingredients and mix until crumbly.
  • Stir in cheddar cheese, breakfast sausage, and milk until well combined.
  • Fold in fresh parsley.
  • Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and let them cool on a baking rack for 5 minutes.
  • Serve warm and enjoy.

Notes

For extra tips, ensure the sausage is evenly mixed with the other ingredients to prevent uneven cooking. You can substitute cheddar cheese with any sharp cheese for a more intense flavor. If you prefer a spicier version, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the mix. For best results, use freshly shredded cheese as it melts better compared to pre-packaged shredded cheese.
