Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 2/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 jar 7 oz marshmallow creme
  • 1 package 10 oz cherry chips
  • 1 package 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 cups salted peanuts chopped

Instructions
 

  • Line a 9x13 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  • In a saucepan, combine sugar, evaporated milk, and butter; bring to a boil while stirring constantly.
  • Boil for 3 minutes and remove from heat.
  • Stir in marshmallow creme and cherry chips until well combined.
  • Pour the cherry mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and peanut butter together in short intervals, stirring until smooth.
  • Pour the chocolate mixture over the cherry layer and spread evenly.
  • Sprinkle chopped peanuts evenly over the chocolate layer.
  • Let the bars cool at room temperature for 15 minutes before refrigerating for 1 hour.
  • Once set, cut into bars with a sharp knife and serve.

Notes

For best results, ensure all ingredients are at room temperature before beginning to cook. If the chocolate mixture is too thick, you can add a teaspoon of coconut oil to help it spread more easily.
