Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup fresh berries
  • 1 tablespoon chopped nuts

Instructions
 

  • In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the chia seeds, almond milk, honey, and vanilla extract.
  • Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes, then whisk again to prevent clumping.
  • Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the pudding to set.
  • Once set, stir the pudding and divide it between two serving jars or bowls.
  • Top with fresh berries and chopped nuts before serving.

Notes

Chia pudding is quite versatile; you can substitute almond milk with any other plant-based or regular milk of your choice. For a thicker pudding, adjust the chia seed to liquid ratio by adding more seeds. You can also personalize it by adding cocoa powder for a chocolatey flavor or incorporating different fruits and nuts to suit your taste preferences.
