Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1 cup cooked bacon bits
  • 8 ounce cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, ranch dressing, shredded chicken, bacon bits, cheddar cheese, and green onions.
  • Lay a tortilla flat on the cutting board and spread a portion of the mixture evenly across the surface.
  • Roll the tortilla tightly into a log shape.
  • Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas and filling.
  • Place the rolled tortillas in the refrigerator to rest for 10 minutes.
  • Preheat the skillet over medium heat.
  • Slice each chilled roll into 1-inch pinwheels.
  • Place the pinwheels on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes until slightly crispy.
  • Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For best results, use rotisserie chicken that is well-seasoned and flavorful. Ensure the cream cheese is fully softened to make it easier to mix with other ingredients. If you like a bit of spice, consider adding some chopped jalapeños to the mixture. To prevent the tortillas from cracking, warm them slightly in the microwave before spreading the filling.
