  • 1 Large pot
  • 1 large mixing bowl
  • 1 Whisk
  • 1 Cutting board
  • 1 Knife
  • 1 colander
  • 1 large serving spoon

Ingredients

  • 250 grams penne pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 romaine lettuce head, chopped
  • 100 grams cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 50 grams Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 4 tablespoons Caesar dressing
  • 2 tablespoons croutons

Instructions

  • Boil the pasta in a large pot of salted water until al dente, then drain and let cool.
  • Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook in the pan for 5–6 minutes per side until fully cooked.
  • Allow the chicken to rest for 5 minutes, then slice it into strips.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, chopped lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and chicken strips.
  • Add the Caesar dressing and toss everything together until well coated.
  • Top with grated Parmesan cheese and croutons.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider marinating the chicken in a mixture of lemon juice, garlic, and herbs before cooking. Additionally, you can substitute the penne pasta with any other pasta shape of your choice for a different texture.
