Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounce cream cheese softened
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1 cup cooked chicken shredded
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/4 cup green onions chopped
  • 5 large flour tortillas

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and ranch dressing mix until smooth.
  • Stir in the shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, and chopped green onions until well mixed.
  • Spread an even layer of the mixture over each tortilla.
  • Roll each tortilla tightly and wrap in plastic wrap.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
  • Remove from refrigerator and slice each roll into 1-inch pieces using a serrated knife.
  • Arrange the pinwheels on a serving platter.

Notes

For best results, ensure the cream cheese is fully softened to allow for easy mixing and spreading. You can prepare the pinwheels a day in advance, and they make a perfect party appetizer or snack. Adjust the amount of ranch dressing mix based on your flavor preference, and feel free to add other ingredients like diced bell peppers for extra color and flavor.
