Equipment

  • 1 Crockpot
  • 1 Mixing bowl
  • 1 Whisk
  • 1 Spoon

Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts boneless and skinless
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 packet Ranch seasoning mix 1 ounce
  • 1 packet Brown gravy mix 1 ounce
  • 1 can Cream of chicken soup 10.5 ounces
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1/4 cup Sour cream

Instructions

  • Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the chicken broth, ranch seasoning mix, brown gravy mix, and cream of chicken soup until well combined.
  • Pour the mixture over the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  • Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper over the top.
  • Cover the crockpot with its lid and cook on low for 6 hours.
  • After 6 hours, carefully remove the chicken breasts and set them aside.
  • Stir the sour cream into the gravy in the crockpot until smooth.
  • Return the chicken to the crockpot and coat with the gravy.
  • Let the dish rest for 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

For best results, ensure the chicken is completely thawed before cooking to allow even heat distribution. Adjust the seasoning to your taste preference by adding more or less ranch mix or pepper. If the gravy is too thick, you can thin it with a bit more chicken broth. Serve the dish over mashed potatoes or rice for a hearty meal.
