Ingredients
  

  • 200 grams noodles
  • 3 tablespoons chili oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 2 scallions sliced
  • salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Boil water in a pot and cook the noodles according to package instructions.
  • Drain the noodles using a colander and set them aside.
  • In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the chili oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, and sugar.
  • Place the cooked noodles in a large mixing bowl.
  • Pour the chili oil mixture over the noodles and toss until evenly coated.
  • Sprinkle sesame seeds and sliced scallions over the noodles.
  • Season with salt to taste and mix well.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, you can add a pinch of red pepper flakes or adjust the amount of chili oil based on your spice preference. Consider adding vegetables like julienned carrots or sliced bell peppers for added texture and nutrition. If you prefer a protein boost, feel free to include cooked chicken, tofu, or shrimp.
