Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions
 

  • Measure all the ingredients using the measuring spoon set.
  • Combine the chili powder, ground cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, dried oregano, salt, ground black pepper, and cayenne pepper in a mixing bowl.
  • Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until they are well blended.
  • Transfer the seasoning mixture into an airtight container for storage.
  • Use the seasoning as needed in your favorite chili recipes or to add spice to other dishes.

Notes

For optimal flavor, consider adjusting the cayenne pepper to your heat preference. This seasoning can be stored in an airtight container in a cool, dark place for up to six months. Be sure to shake the container before each use to ensure even distribution of spices.
