Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup canned corn kernels drained
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup green onions chopped
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper diced
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 bag Fritos corn chips

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the corn kernels, mayonnaise, and sour cream.
  • Add the shredded cheddar cheese, chopped green onions, and diced red bell pepper to the bowl.
  • Season the mixture with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Mix all ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
  • Cover the bowl and refrigerate the dip for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  • Once rested, transfer the dip to a serving platter or dish.
  • Serve the corn dip with Fritos corn chips on the side for dipping.

Notes

For best results, prepare the dip a few hours in advance or even the night before to enhance the flavors as they blend together over time. Feel free to customize the ingredients by adding some jalapeños for a spicy kick or substituting Greek yogurt for sour cream for a healthier option.
