Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup Dark chocolate chips optional

Instructions
 

  • Add cottage cheese, milk, cocoa powder, honey, vanilla extract, and salt to a blender or food processor.
  • Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  • Transfer the mixture into a mixing bowl.
  • Stir in chia seeds and chocolate chips, if using, with a whisk or rubber spatula.
  • Divide the mixture evenly into serving bowls or cups.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the pudding to set.
  • Serve chilled and enjoy.

Notes

For best results, ensure the cottage cheese is smooth by blending it thoroughly; this prevents any grainy texture in your pudding. Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey according to your taste, and feel free to experiment with toppings like fresh fruit or nuts for added texture and flavor.
