Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces Cream cheese Softened
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 8 ounces Lump crab meat Drained
  • 1/2 cup Green onions Chopped
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese Shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese Grated
  • 1/4 cup Sweet chili sauce

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise.
  • Add lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder to the mixture and whisk until smooth.
  • Gently fold in the crab meat and half of the green onions.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Top with mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese.
  • Bake in the oven for 25 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  • Allow the dip to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  • Drizzle with sweet chili sauce and garnish with the remaining green onions before serving.

Notes

For the best flavor, ensure the cream cheese is at room temperature before mixing to achieve a smooth consistency. Serve the dip with crispy wonton chips, pita bread, or fresh vegetables for an authentic touch. Adjust the sweetness of the chili sauce to taste, and feel free to add a touch of hot sauce if you prefer a spicier dip.
