Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces Feta cheese crumbled
  • 4 ounces Cream cheese softened
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper ground
  • 1/2 cup Dried cranberries chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley chopped

Instructions
 

  • Place the feta cheese and cream cheese in a food processor and blend until smooth.
  • Add olive oil, lemon juice, honey, and black pepper to the food processor and blend until fully combined.
  • Transfer the whipped feta mixture to a medium mixing bowl.
  • Gently fold in the chopped dried cranberries using a spatula.
  • Cover the dip with plastic wrap and let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  • Once rested, transfer the dip to a serving dish.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

For best results, ensure the cream cheese is at room temperature before blending to achieve a smooth consistency. You can customize the dip by adding a pinch of your favorite herbs or spices, and it pairs well with toasted bread or vegetable sticks.
