Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds fresh crab legs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Boil the crab legs in a large pot of salted water for 5 minutes.
  • Drain the crab legs and set them aside to cool slightly.
  • In a medium skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  • Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Stir in the heavy cream and let it simmer for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
  • Add the Parmesan cheese to the sauce and stir until melted and smooth.
  • Season the sauce with lemon juice, salt, and black pepper, stirring well.
  • Add the crab legs to the skillet and coat them with the creamy garlic sauce.
  • Allow the crab legs to cook in the sauce for another 5 minutes, occasionally stirring.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

When cooking crabs, ensure they are fresh for the best flavor. Adjust the seasoning to your taste, and feel free to add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a spicy kick. Serve with crusty bread to soak up the delicious sauce.
