  • 1 measuring cup
  • 1 measuring spoon set
  • 1 Oven

Ingredients

  • 4 Medium russet potatoes peeled and cut into fries
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Place the cut fries into a large mixing bowl.
  • Add olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika to the bowl.
  • Toss the fries with the seasonings until evenly coated.
  • Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Remove the fries from the oven and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Return the fries to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
  • Allow the fries to rest for 5 minutes after baking.
  • Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For best results, ensure the fries are cut evenly to promote uniform cooking. Avoid overcrowding the baking sheet as this can lead to steaming instead of crisping. Feel free to adjust the seasoning to your taste preferences, and you can add a pinch of cayenne pepper for an extra kick.
