Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 3/4 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon green onions chopped (optional)

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, and buffalo sauce.
  • Stir in 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese and mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture into the crockpot.
  • Cook on low for 2 hours, stirring occasionally until the dip is heated through and creamy.
  • Once cooked, sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese on top.
  • Allow the dip to rest for 10 minutes to let the cheese melt and flavors meld.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions before serving, if desired.

Notes

For the best flavor, consider using homemade buffalo sauce and freshly shredded cheese. You can adjust the amount of buffalo sauce according to your spice preference. To save time, use rotisserie chicken for the shredded chicken. Serve the dip with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or carrot sticks for a perfect party appetizer.
