Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups frozen corn kernels
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese cubed

Instructions
 

  • Add frozen corn kernels to the crockpot.
  • Pour heavy cream over the corn.
  • Add melted butter, sugar, salt, and black pepper to the crockpot.
  • Stir the ingredients to combine well.
  • Top with the cubed cream cheese.
  • Cover the crockpot with the lid.
  • Cook on high for 3 hours.
  • Stir occasionally to ensure even cooking.
  • Once cooked, let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
