Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 large cucumber diced
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 1/4 cup red onion thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Add the halved cherry tomatoes to the large mixing bowl.
  • Dice the cucumber and add it to the bowl with the tomatoes.
  • Thinly slice the red onion and add it to the mixture in the bowl.
  • Crumble the feta cheese and sprinkle it over the vegetables.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients in the mixing bowl.
  • Gently toss all the ingredients until evenly coated with the dressing.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 30 minutes before serving for enhanced flavors.

Notes

For best results, use fresh and firm vegetables to ensure a crisp texture in the salad. Feel free to adjust the seasoning according to your taste preferences. Optionally, add olives or fresh herbs like parsley or basil for extra flavor. If preparing in advance, keep the dressing separate and mix just before serving to maintain freshness.
